Hatha Yoga Intermediate 12 Week Session

Welcome to the the Shakti Yoga Method 12 week Hatha Yoga session. This session is offered as both in-person and live stream sessions. Weekly classes are held at the Yoga Kula Cooperative, located at 286 Torbay Road in St. John’s. Classes are also streamed live via Google Meet. Live Streams are accessible via weekly course lessons.

Live stream recordings are also available for one week following the class.
