Instructor: Bobby Bessey, B.Sc., E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), Yoga Teacher Trainer.
Class Level: This is a mixed level class appropriate for beginners and mixed level students. All poses will have a beginner version as an option.

ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE LIVE STREAM REGISTRATIONS. Live stream registrants have unlimited access to each class for six days after the original live stream. This means you can repeat the class later or do the class on your own schedule. Live Stream registrants also have email access to instructor to ask questions specific to their yoga practice needs. You will receive a confirmation of your registration from Bobby within 24 hours.*Payment enrolls the registrant for the session dates and times listed above only. Mixed Level Hatha Yoga Class Description
Develop confidence in the foundation poses of yoga & begin to explore variations, breathing techniques, and the yoga philosophy that is yoga’s cornerstone. This is a yoga class to develop strength, flexibility and calm for every body-type, age and experience level. Beginner students are welcome in this class. Absolutely no yoga experience is necessary to reap the full class benefit. Beginner variations will be provided for all poses. Expansion variations will be demonstrated for those with more experience. Participants must be able to easily move from sitting on a mat to standing (and vice versa) and be able to support their upper body with their hands (like when on hands and knees). As the session progresses we build toward connecting postures into gentle flowing sequences. Everyone participates in a way that best suits their own body and experience level. Stretch, strengthen, breathe deeply and finish class with a short relaxation that will have you ready for the most restful sleep ever.
